In House Printing
Axent offers a variety of different printing methods to suit a variety of needs and requirements. The following explains our capabilities:
- CAD Cut – This method of printing uses vinyl to cut the required logos and/or lettering, for example football shirt numbers. With a range of colours available, we will be able to provide customers with the customised garment to give that individual look. There is no minimum or maximum order quantity required for us to provide this service.
- Digital printing – This method of printing is the process of printing your designs onto special transfer paper and then applying the transfer paper onto the t-shirt or garment using a commercial heat press. It enables full-colour images to be printed very quickly and is a great option for promotional clothing.
- Lazer printing – This method of printing uses an image to transfer on to white garments. This is a great technique if you are looking to have picture printed on garments.
- Screen printing – This method is produced by pressing ink through a screen with areas blocks off by a stencil. We require a minimum order for this service of a quantity of 50.
If you have a new logo, artwork or text that you are looking to get printed, we will set this up and provide you with a proof for you to approve before we go ahead and print on any garments. Once your logo has been approved, we will keep it on record to make it as easy as possible to place orders in the future.
With 2 heat machines, a CAD cutter and a wide range of colour vinyl flex available, we produce almost all printing ourselves, print on a wide range of garments and products such as hoodies, t-shirts, polo shirts, football kits, boot bags, book bags and many more. As a result, this allows us to ensure we meet all of our customer’s requirements and deadlines.
We have samples of printed work we have done and are able to do at either of our addresses. This will also give you a better idea of the quality and type of print we are able to provide.
